Who we are
Matthew Likehart, operating as Likehart Labs ("Likehart Labs," "we," "us"), Crossville, Tennessee. This policy covers likehartlabs.com and our text-messaging (SMS) programs, including the Likehart Labs Front Desk missed-call text-back service.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, and what you tell us about your work.
- Calls & texts: your phone number, the content of messages you send us, whether a call was answered, and appointment times you choose.
We do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, text you back when we miss your call, schedule appointments, answer your questions, and deliver anything you asked for. We send texts only in direct response to a call or message you initiated, or messages you have agreed to receive. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
SMS opt-in data
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties. Your consent to receive text messages is never transferred to anyone else for their marketing.
Service providers
Trusted vendors process data on our behalf to make the service work — a telecom API provider to send and receive calls and texts, and a web host to serve this site. They act under our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep conversation and booking records as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business record-keeping. Email us to request access to, or deletion of, your information.

- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messaging.
- Reply HELP to any text for assistance.
