Matthew Likehart, operating as Likehart Labs ("Likehart Labs," "we," "us"), Crossville, Tennessee. By using likehartlabs.com or our messaging programs, you agree to these terms.

Text-messaging program — Likehart Labs Front Desk

Program description: when you call or text a Likehart Labs business number and we can't answer, our Front Desk service sends you a text back with available appointment times and answers to your questions, and continues the conversation you started. Messages are conversational replies to your inquiry — never cold outreach.

  • By calling or texting (931) 369-3662, you consent to receive conversational text messages from Likehart Labs — replies to your inquiry and appointment scheduling. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies based on your conversation.

Our services

Websites, AI assistants, and 3D capture work are delivered under separate written agreements with each client. Our standing rule carries into every one of them: you own everything we build for you — the code, the domain, and the hosting.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or messaging programs: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt the service, no use of our numbers or forms to spam others.

Disclaimers

The site and messaging programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Likehart Labs disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs.
